Our custom headwear is a customer favorite. From classic embroidered designs to premium leather patch hats, we create headwear that people actually want to wear. Our leather patches are sewn on by hand — not glued or heat-pressed. That distinction matters. Sewn-on patches are more durable, sit cleaner on the hat, and carry a level of quality that separates them from the rest. It is the only type we choose to make.

The Process

Embroidery & Leather Patch Work

We digitize your logo for embroidery or prepare your design for leather patch cutting. Each hat is run through our commercial embroidery machines or has its leather patch carefully positioned and sewn for a clean, professional finish every time.
